Drafts on Demand
An attorney prepares your filings. You file them under your own name and speak for yourself. Court-standard drafting, at a fee you know before we start.
Definition
What it is
You represent yourself. Behind that, an attorney prepares the documents your case turns on (petitions, responses, motions, parenting plans, separation agreements, and financial disclosures), drafted to the standard a Colorado court expects.
Colorado permits attorneys to prepare pleadings for self-represented parties, subject to the disclosure requirements of the rules of civil procedure and professional conduct. You remain the filing party. You keep complete control of your case, your timing, and your decisions.
Still deciding
You don't have to know the answer before you call.
Most people book a consultation before they're sure what they need. That's normal, not a red flag.
Rationale
Why people choose it
Because in a great many matters, the written record is where the case is actually decided. A petition that frames the issues correctly, a parenting plan drafted without ambiguity, or a disclosure completed properly can do more for an outcome than any speech at a hearing. If you are capable of speaking for yourself but not of drafting to court standard, this is the honest answer.

Tell us what the court needs. Leave with it drafted.
Drafts on Demand works best when the filing and its deadline are already identified. The consultation confirms what needs drafting, what the court expects to receive, and whether drafting alone is enough for what you are facing.

Common questions
No. Consultations are paid, and that is a deliberate choice. A free consultation is generally a screening call; ours is a working session in which you receive an attorney's actual assessment of your position and options. The fee is quoted before you book, with no surprises.
