Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website and the firm's communication tools collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Inclusive Law Group LLC (“the firm,” “we,” “us”) is a Colorado law firm led by Dr. Adriana Martinez Rodriguez. This policy covers information collected through this website, our contact and scheduling forms, telephone calls and text messages with the firm, our AI-assisted chat and voice tools, and payments made through the site.
It does not replace the confidentiality duties the firm owes clients under the rules of professional conduct. Once you become a client, your information is protected by professional obligations that are stricter than any website policy.
2. Information you give us
Contact and intake form: name, email, phone number, preferred language, the practice area and level of support you are considering, the opposing party's name, and anything you choose to write in your message. The opposing party's name is requested for one purpose only: running the conflict-of-interest check that professional rules require before the firm can speak with you about a matter.
Scheduling: when you book a consultation, the booking service collects your name, contact details, and appointment time.
Payments: payments are processed by third-party processors (including Stripe, PayPal, and LawPay). Card numbers go directly to the processor; the firm does not receive or store your full card details.
Communications: emails, calls, voicemails, and text messages you exchange with the firm, including messages exchanged with our AI assistants described below.
Document library: to download a guide, checklist, or preparedness packet we ask for your name, your email address, and your agreement to be contacted. We use them to deliver the document, to email you the download link (valid for seven days), and to follow up on the topic you downloaded.
3. Information collected automatically
Strictly necessary storage: the site stores your cookie choice, language, and accessibility preferences (such as text size and contrast) on your device, and the chat assistant keeps your conversation in your browser's session storage for the life of the tab. These make the site work and are not used to track you.
Analytics: only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we collect aggregated usage data: which pages are visited and how the site performs. Declining changes nothing about the service you receive.
Server logs: like nearly every website, our hosting provider records IP addresses and request data for security and reliability.
4. AI chat assistant and AI phone receptionist
Website assistant: the chat window on this site is an AI assistant built by the firm on Claude, a model provided by Anthropic. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, that data is not used to train Anthropic's models. The firm does not receive or store chat conversations; your browser keeps the conversation in session storage only for the life of the tab, so it survives page changes and is gone when the tab closes. Nothing you type in the chat reaches a person at the firm. To contact the firm, use the contact form, the booking link, or the phone.
Phone receptionist: calls to (720) 953-5ILG (5454) are answered by an AI appointment receptionist provided through a third-party voice platform (Echowin). Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and transcripts are stored so the firm can honor what was scheduled or promised on the call.
Both assistants provide general information and intake help only. They do not give legal advice, their answers can be incomplete or wrong, and talking to them does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not share sensitive details of your legal matter with either assistant beyond what is needed to schedule a consultation. Save those for a confidential conversation with the attorney.
If you prefer not to interact with an AI assistant, call (720) 739-0037 or email info@inclusivelg.com and ask to speak with a person, and we will honor that.
5. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted, the firm may text you for appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups on your inquiry, billing notices, and links you request (such as a booking or payment link). Message frequency varies with your matter. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below. Opting out of texts does not affect your matter. We will use email or phone instead.
Your mobile number and text-message consent are never sold and never shared with third parties for their own marketing. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring the firm.
6. Your agreement to be contacted
When you give the firm a phone number, an email address, or a WhatsApp number, through a form on this site, a document download, the chat assistant, the phone receptionist, or a call, you agree that the firm may contact you through the channels you provided about your inquiry, the documents you requested, scheduling, billing, and your matter. Depending on what you provided, that may be a phone call, a text message, an email, or a WhatsApp message.
This is not a marketing list. We do not send newsletters or promotions unless you separately ask for them. You can withdraw your agreement at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to info@inclusivelg.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect any matter the firm is handling for you, and agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of hiring the firm.
7. How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries and run conflict checks; to schedule and hold consultations; to provide legal services to clients; to send the communications described in this policy; to process payments; to keep the site secure and improve how it works; and to meet legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
8. When we share information
Service providers, by name: Netlify (website hosting), Zoho Bookings (scheduling), Stripe, PayPal, and LawPay (payments), MyCase (client and case management, including the client portal), Anthropic (the model behind the website chat assistant), Echowin (the AI phone receptionist), Resend (transactional email such as form confirmations), and Meta (WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there). Each receives only what it needs to perform its service and is bound by its own privacy terms.
Financing providers: if you choose third-party legal-fee financing (Affirm, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later, or Flexxbuy), your application goes directly to that provider under its own privacy policy. The firm does not see your credit information.
Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or the rules of professional conduct, or to protect the rights and safety of the firm and others.
Professional referrals: if we introduce you to an independent professional (such as an accountant or therapist), we share your contact information only with your consent.
Where data is processed: our providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred here.
We never sell personal information and never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
9. Confidentiality before you become a client
Information you send through the website, the chat assistant, or an initial call is kept confidential under the rules that protect prospective clients, but sending it does not make you a client, does not engage the firm, and does not give the firm any duty to act or to watch a deadline. Because the website and the chat assistant run on third-party services, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive details through them; save those for a conversation with the attorney.
10. How long we keep information
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond, run conflict checks, and meet professional obligations. Conflict-check records must be retained even for people who do not become clients, so the firm can avoid conflicts in the future. Client files are retained for the period required by Colorado professional rules, then disposed of securely. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client information is limited to those who need it, payment card data is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant processors, and firm systems require authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat safeguarding your information as part of the professional duty we owe you.
12. Your rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act and similar laws, you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. The last two are simple with us, because we do neither.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@inclusivelg.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law allows. Note that professional and legal retention duties (such as conflict-check records) may limit deletion in some cases; if so, we will tell you.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. In practice nothing changes, because we do neither.
13. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information about children that parents share in a legal matter is handled under the confidentiality rules that govern that matter.
14. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services: the client portal, payment and booking pages, and social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.
15. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, note it on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
