Where this started
Venezuela is not a footnote. It is the reason.
Inclusive Law Group exists because its founder once sat on the other side of the desk. Dr. Adriana Martinez Rodriguez practiced law in Venezuela for two decades, argued before its Supreme Court, and defended people whose only offense was asking the state to answer for what it did. When that work put her life in danger, she boarded a plane to the United States with no plan to stay.
What followed was the immigration system from the inside: an asylum case, a file confused with someone else's, a hearing before a judge who rarely said yes, years of paralegal work while she learned the language and the law again, and a bar exam passed on the second attempt because giving up was never on the table. She came out the other side licensed in Colorado and Missouri, and certain of one thing: nobody should face this system without someone who knows it from both chairs.
So in 2024 she opened a firm that looks like the people it serves. Latina. Immigrant. LGBTQ+. Woman-owned. Bilingual by birth and by necessity. Not a slogan on a website, but the lived experience behind every strategy written here.
That is not a mission statement. It is a biography, and it is why this firm exists.

Every firm says it cares. Here is what ours has lived.
Compassionate, client-centered, we treat you like family: almost every law firm's website says some version of it, because it costs nothing to write. Very little of it survives the first invoice, the first unreturned call, or the first hard conversation about where your case really stands.
Ours is different for a plain reason: the person who built it has been the client. She has waited for a notice that named someone else. She has stood in an immigration courtroom with everything she owned in one suitcase. She knows what the silence between filings feels like, and what one honest explanation does to it. That is where the care comes from, and it is why it holds.
Care that only shows up in marketing copy is copywriting. Care that shows up at the second hearing, in the second language, at the eleventh hour, is what we mean.
Where we stand
We do not litigate for the sake of fighting, and we do not create conflict to carry billable hours. We believe in communication, understanding and truth. But do not mistake kindness, or a willingness to negotiate, for weakness: when a fight is what your rights require, we fight as if we were standing in your shoes.

You are spoken to as an adult
Every explanation comes in language you can act on, in English or in Spanish, with the risks named out loud. If you leave a meeting unsure what happens next, the meeting is not over.
Your whole story counts
Culture, language, immigration status, faith, family and the things you would rather not put on a form are part of the strategy, because they are part of your life. The courtroom does not get a smaller version of you.
Costs are said before they are owed
Flat fees where the work can be defined. Hourly where it genuinely cannot, and said plainly before you commit. You will never learn a price from an invoice.
Kindness is not weakness
We negotiate first, honestly and hard. When negotiation is not enough, you get an attorney who has stood in front of hostile courts and did not blink. Your rights get defended as if they were ours.
