Inclusive Unbundled Services — Inclusive Law Group

Support option

Inclusive Unbundled Services (IUM)

Also called unbundled representation. We agree in writing on specific tasks; the attorney carries those completely. You handle the rest of the matter.

Definition

What it is

The Inclusive Unbundled Services lets you engage an attorney for defined parts of your case while managing the remainder yourself. The attorney formally enters the matter for the agreed task and appears in that capacity, which is the key difference from Drafts on Demand, where only you ever appear.

The scope is set out in writing before anything starts: which task, what it covers, what it does not, and what it costs. Inside that boundary, the work is performed to exactly the same standard as full representation. There is no lesser version of the work.

Still deciding

You don't have to know the answer before you call.

Most people book a consultation before they're sure what they need. That's normal, not a red flag.

Rationale

Why people choose it

Because most cases are not uniformly difficult. One hearing may be genuinely contested while everything around it is routine. Paying for full representation across the routine parts buys very little; putting an attorney into the one contested part can change the outcome entirely. This option exists so you can spend your resources where they actually move the result.

Included

What's included

  • Representation at a specific hearing or mediation session
  • Negotiation of a defined issue, such as parenting time or property division
  • Drafting and review of petitions, responses, motions, and agreements
  • Analysis of a settlement offer or proposed agreement, with a clear recommendation
  • Coaching on procedure, your options, and what the court will expect
  • Help completing Colorado's Rule 16.2 financial disclosures

Not included

What's not included

  • Any part of the case outside the agreed scope
  • Ongoing consultation about other aspects of the matter
  • Appearances beyond those specifically agreed
  • Automatic continuation: extending scope requires a new written agreement

The consultation

Find out how much of this you can genuinely handle yourself.

The Inclusive Unbundled Services only works when the split between your part and the attorney's part is clear. The consultation is where that line gets drawn, including when the honest answer is that you need Full Representation instead.

Common questions

  • No. Consultations are paid, and that is a deliberate choice. A free consultation is generally a screening call; ours is a working session in which you receive an attorney's actual assessment of your position and options. The fee is quoted before you book, with no surprises.
